What are the opening hours of the fair?

The fairgrounds are open to visitors on Saturday, October 11 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM and on Sunday, October 12 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Parking costs €5 per day, and FREE shuttle buses are available to take you to and from the fairgrounds.

Special parking spaces are available near the entrance of the fairgrounds for visitors with a disabled parking permit.

Yes, the venue is accessible and easy to navigate. The area around the restaurant is fully paved; exhibitors are located on grass, which is also generally accessible. However, in case of prolonged rain, alternative tires are recommended.

No, unfortunately, this location does not yet offer charging facilities.

Can I get food and drinks at the fair?

Absolutely! There’s an indoor restaurant in the central building, and several food trucks are spread across the fairgrounds.

Yes, most exhibitors have mobile card terminals.

No, food and drinks are paid for using a token system. Tokens can be purchased at the cashier.
You can redeem the tokens at the restaurant and all food trucks.

Definitely! That’s exactly what the Activity Arena is for. Bring your own RC car and drive on the extended track.
Or, for a small fee, you can rent one of the RC Defenders available at the fair.

Yes, dogs are very welcome!
We do ask that they remain on a leash at all times.
There is no designated dog-walking area, so owners are expected to clean up after their dogs. Please bring your own waste bags.

Yes, there is a technical off-road course available.
LRCH members can register in advance via the website.
On the fair days, time slots can be booked at the LRCH stand—both for members and non-members.
All car brands are welcome, as long as the vehicle is insured and has a license plate (green plates are not allowed).
Large overlander trucks and Unimogs are unfortunately not permitted on this course.

Absolutely! WaterGoed has a large bicycle parking area.
However, bicycles are not allowed inside the fairgrounds.

From Elst station, WaterGoed (bus stop: Strandpark Noord, Herveld) can be reached in about 10 minutes via bus line 35. The bus stops right at the entrance.

 

Yes, photos and videos will be taken throughout the entire weekend of the fair.
